That belief shapes my role as Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Data and Cyber Institute (ADCI) and my vision for its future.
I have built my career in the Australian education sector, with experience spanning executive leadership, student recruitment, marketing, business development and strategic growth. Throughout that journey, one principle has remained constant: education has the power to transform lives, but it must remain relevant, accessible and connected to the world beyond the classroom.
My vision for ADCI is to build a progressive, respected and industry-connected higher education institution that prepares students not simply to graduate, but to succeed.
As technology, artificial intelligence and the needs of industry continue to evolve, higher education must evolve with them. At ADCI, our focus is on delivering contemporary education that combines academic quality with practical knowledge, industry relevance and the skills our graduates need for an increasingly dynamic global workforce.
As CEO, I am committed to strengthening our academic portfolio, building meaningful industry and international partnerships, enhancing the student experience and creating sustainable opportunities for growth. Equally important is ensuring that quality, integrity and student outcomes remain at the heart of every decision we make.
My leadership philosophy is centred on people, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. I believe the strongest institutions are those where talented people share a clear purpose, challenge themselves to improve and never lose sight of the students they serve.
